Tomorrow Everything Will Be Alright
2010"Tomorrow Everything Will Be Alright as a narrative is a chat that’s happens one night between two people. A chat that is inspired by an online chattting on the computer, but it doesn’t take place on a computer, but on a analogue typewriter. So you see a message suddenly appearing on the paper, and you see that the main character of the film is typing the answer. This is an extra realistic solution, it’s an extrarealistic phenomenon. I don’t wanted the typewriter to speak because I did not want the chat to be the center of the dialogue of that film. I wanted to displace that chat between something that is real and something that is extrareal: Is it s dialogue that is happening in one person’s mind with a imaginary lover, or a past lover, or is it a an author wrinting a script? And at the same time it is a tribute to love stories and film. However, it was a challenge not to work with actors, because in the tradition of love stories you always idetinfies with this ou that actor (Sophia Loren or Clark Gable, for an example). I did not want people to associate characters with actors, I want people to identify with them in a diferente way."
