Pingente 2 (2012)

“easy, don’t hold me tight, your silver pendant scratches my chest”

"visible erasure, the vestige, the scribble, the text about the copy that creates another meaning to the first photo, the mystery of the scribbles, the mystery of the very text written on the photo, which is not clear. in the first photo, the silver cecropia tree seems to light up its surroundings, like a sun or a lamp. in the following photo, darkness takes hold, layers are established, one tries to see the photo from underneath, and furthermore, one tries to see the text on the photo, unreadable, drowned by scribbles, which float, 'calm down', on the cotton paper, 'calm down', like clouds or bricks leaving traces. 'calm down'. remnants. 'don’t hold me tight'. depending on the lighting, the scribbles are visible, or they simply make the photo darker. 'calm down'. revealing little, 'your silver pendant', however, more than enough, 'scratches my chest'.
